C-4000, Power switch not working properly

My Carver C4000 Pre-amp has been in air conditioned but not dust-free storage awhile . Now, it powers up but the \"Power\" on switch doesn\'t function properly & appears to take awhile to power up (goes on-off-on-off & finally connects). Once \"on\" everything works fine. I need to replace the switch We tried using a can of compressed air to remove dust/debris from the area with no success. Is this a standard push switch or very specific to this make/model? i.e. can an audio shop replace easily or is part difficult to obtain? Thank you for any suggestions. Thank you, Robert
