History of Acoustic Innovations

Acoustic Innovations web site (November 18, 2009): In the early 1990's, Jay Miller found himself surrounded by audio equipment capable of producing every acoustic nuance of a recording whether a symphony or a surround track. Yet, fine as the gear was, echoes clashed with what should have been a sonically superior performance. Jay asked himself, "How can I create a space that pleases both the audiophile and the design-conscious?" Since his wife, Joanne, had already soundly rejected egg crate foam, and numerous jaunts to local home improvement stores yielded nothing suitable, Jay was forced to find his own answer.

That answer has shaped an entire industry.

Acoustic Innovations is Jay Miller's answer, his marriage of acoutic excellence and high style. Since its founding, Acoustic Innovations has created more that 2,000 residential home theater interiors that enhance the home theater experience for many thousands more. Because not only is Jay Miller a man with good ears, but good ideas as well.
