Audio Pulse Electronics by Api.

Lisa Swallows (June 8, 2013): Audio Pulse was a package line from Global Sound Systems in the Toronto area. Speaker firms generally design and market their products, but few actually build them themselves. Instead, they turn them over to OEM (original equipment manufacturer) outfits like Global. Global eventually morphed into API (Audio Products International) whose brands include Mirage, Sound Dynamics, Athena and Energy. API now is owned by Klipsch, who sadly have killed the Athena brand and pretty much shut down Canadian Research and Development
