Sterling Manufacturing web site (July 23, 2009): With 24 injection molding machines ranging from 28 ton to 550 ton, automated robotics, and IQMS Realtime monitoring system we are capable of meeting a wide range of customer needs. We offer many secondary operations, such as pad printing, ultra-sonic welding, ultra-sonic insertion, assembly, bar-coding, packaging and much more.

Engineering capabilities consist of an in house product & mold designer, who utilizes the latest revision of Cadra 2006 and Solidworks 2006 Design Software. Early involvement from Sterling Manufacturing will provide you with a superior product, more quickly.

Our in house tool room provides our customers with a constant mold maintenance schedule and is capable of performing minor product design changes, which can reduce turn around time and costs. All new molds are quoted and built through Sterling Manufacturing, but are sub-contracted to local or overseas moldmakers at our customers discretion. This keeps our tool room dedicated to maintaining our customer' s existing molds in house.

Quality Control is not a separate department at Sterling Manufacturing. It is integrated into every aspect of the production process via computerized routing and document control. On-going inspections are continuous throughout the manufacturing process in accordance with standards that are set by the customer.

Sterling Manufacturing maintains a clean shop environment, which insures that our customer' s product arrives at its destination ready for final assembly or shipment to their customers.
